The Superior Double Room No Window was comfortable with adequate ventilation, and the location was exceptional, just a short staircase away from the night market. The staff were welcoming, and breakfast offered a delicious selection, making the overall experience highly enjoyable. The carrier storage service was efficient, and I appreciated the staff's kindness, especially during check-out.

The bathroom could use more counter space for toiletries, and the sofa felt a little cramped for the room. Hot water issues arose intermittently during my stay, and there was a noticeable smell from the toilet, especially on the second day. A suggestion for breakfast hygiene would be to implement disposable gloves or signs, as some guests picked food with their bare hands.

The Deluxe Family Room was super spacious, perfect for our group. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the amenities felt modern and well thought out. Also, breakfast was a highlight—had some delicious pho and omelets. Only thing was the bathroom could use a tad more counter space for our stuff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its fantastic location, just 500 meters from Dalat Star and only a few steps from great eateries like Khoi BBQ and Hien Restaurant, making it super easy for me to stroll around and enjoy the local flavors. the breakfast spread featured tasty pho, which added a delightful local touch to my mornings.
